Terms and Conditions

THESE TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT DESCRIBES THE CONDITIONS AND TERMS ON WHICH YOU ARE ALLOWED TO USE OUR WEBSITE AND OUR WRITING SERVICES. THE LEGAL AGREEMENTS WRITTEN BELOW ARE LEGALLY BINDING.

You agree that:
1. Your use of our writing services constitutes an agreement to all the terms and conditions of engagement.
2. You are of legal age and capacity to enter into this agreement
3. You agree to our refund and cancellation policies.
4. That you will use our writing and research services as dictated in our terms and conditions of service.
5. That we shall not be responsible for any liability resulting from unauthorized use of our services.
6. That we value your privacy and agree not to disclose any private information unless required by law.
7. That while we do our best to offer professional writing services per the requests made by our customers, we are, however, not liable for any damages, failure to win business or grants awards, loss of business or any other consequences that may arise from the use of, or failure to use the content that we deliver to our customers.
8. That in case of late delivery or failure to deliver on any order or assignment, our liability to the affected customer extends only up to issuing of a partial or full refund of the amount paid to us by the customer.

Definition of Terms:
1. "Buyer" refers to persons who buy services from us.
2. "Services" refers to fixed price offers that include but are not limited to grant proposals, business plans, company profiles, concept notes, cover letters and CVs that are solely promoted by us for purchase by the buyers.
3. "Order” means the projects submitted by the buyers to us.
4. "Dispute Resolution Process" refers to the process that should be followed by both the Buyers and us to solve a dispute in regards to an order or service.
5. " Savvy Concepts", "we", "our", or "us" refers to the entity Savvy Concepts.
6. "User", "you" or "your" means an individual who visits our website, makes an enquiry or buys a service.
7. "User Contract" refers to:
a) This User Agreement, which is also known as the terms of engagement, terms and conditions, or terms.
b) Refund policy
c) Privacy policies
d) All other codes of conduct while using the website.
8. ‘Order Status’ defines order progress of your order on a particular stage, such as Drafting, Editing, Delivered, Finished, or Cancelled.
14. "Revision” refers to the process of asking for amendments (revisions) to the initial draft as well as the edited version of the original Product.

PURPOSE OF THE SITE AND OUR SERVICES
Our company is in the business of providing professional writing services.
We guarantee that our services are original and contain relevant references to the source of the information in conformity with the available rules for referencing and citing academic work.

PRIVACY POLICIES
We do not collect any uniquely identifiable data from our customers. All the information you provide to us in the course of processing your order will be used solely to facilitate the delivery of the services that you order from us. We do not share, sell, or otherwise distribute this information with any party.

YOUR CONSENT TO RECEIVE OUR COMMUNICATIONS AND YOUR RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT
When you make an enquiry with us, you agree to receive emails regarding the services for which you seek the information. We do not send unsolicited emails to our customers.
You have a right to stop communication from us by sending an email to us requesting not to receive further communication from us.

PAYMENT TERMS
1. Non-Refundable Services
All completed orders are non-refundable. Therefore, we offer no guarantees, implied or express, that completed orders are refundable. Any discrepancy between the services you receive and your instructions should be corrected by submitting a request for revision.

However, at our discretion, we can make a partial or full refund for any service when we see it fit to do so. This policy only applies for completed work.

2. Payment Methods
All payments are processed securely through a third party payment gateway. Additional charges and currency conversation charges may accrue from the use of the third parties. Currently, we accept payments through:
a) Mpesa
b) Bank transfer
c) Stripe
d) Cash

3. Dispute Resolution
You agree to abide by the Dispute Resolution Policy to solve any disputes in the quality of the work you receive from us. The dispute process may be initiated through a phone call or email to us using the contact details contained in the contacts section above the menu bar of this website.

The following are the terms for dispute and refund:
a) We DO NOT guarantee any business, grant or job. Failure to win business, grant or secure a job after buying our services does not constitute sufficient basis for refund.
b) We do not offer refunds based on the claim that "I do not need the service anymore.” If you need to cancel an Order, you must do it before the completion of the order; otherwise, we will proceed to deliver the work and bill you in full for the services delivered per your order.
d) You must communicate all refunds and cancellations in writing to Savvy Concepts. If you are not satisfied with the services received after the specified deadline, you can request a partial or full refund. However, it is our sole discretion to approve or disapprove any request based on the merits of the request.

4. Acceptance of Services Delivered
We assume that the customer is satisfied with the services delivered if they do not request the corrections within 7 days after we deliver the work/services. After the seventh day all outstanding payments by the customer shall become due. 

5. Revision policy
We offer free unlimited revisions as a courtesy service to ensure that our clients are 100% satisfied with the work that they receive. However, revision requests should be sent within 7 days of completion of an order. Additional charges apply if the client misses this deadline and the project is deemed complete.

We have a right to decline a request for revision in case the client:
a) Changes the initial order details
b) Gives unreasonable reasons for requesting the revisions.
c) Appears to be taking advantage of our revision policy.
d) Abuses our revision feature to get unpaid work.
e) The request is made more than 7 days after our submission of completed work.

FEEDBACK, REPUTATION, AND REVIEWS
You acknowledge that you transfer copyright of the feedback, reputation, and reviews you leave for other users through our website or email. You also acknowledge that we can use such reviews to promote our website and services.

Any feedback, reputation, and reviews that you publish on our website or send via email belong solely to us.
You may not use, or deal with, such feedback, reputation, and reviews in a way that may undermine the integrity of our feedback system.
We have the right to suspend our services to you at any time if we, in our sole and absolute discretion, are concerned by any feedback about you, or your feedback rating, where we believe our feedback system may be subverted.
